Requirements

• 5+ years of change management consulting experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships.
• Experience with change management principles and tools.
• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to design and facilitate workshops.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
