Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Operations Support Lead, Voice of the Customer (VOC) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback, driving process improvements, and ensuring that key insights are communicated effectively to leadership.

In Short

  • Manage VOC JIRAs to track and escalate customer feedback.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify process inefficiencies.
  • Report VOC insights to leadership with clear communication.
  • Create and manage VOC improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process changes.
  • Support business needs with adaptability to new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or customer experience.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience with JIRA, Looker, and Google Suite preferred.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of $24 - $25.
  • Monday - Friday schedule, 9am - 6pm CT.
  • Feedback provided throughout the 90-day introductory period.
