  • Seeking an experienced Operations Lead, Customer Success.
  • Optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee process improvements, CRM management, and reporting tool configurations.
  • Design and refine workflows, implement automation.
  • Work closely with directors and department heads.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming process improvement requests.
  • Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM instance.
  • Provide technical support for CRM and reporting tools.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work during US business hours.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in operations or CRM management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting.
  • History of process improvement and documentation.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and reporting tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze workflows.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work during US business hours.
