In Short

• Manage end-to-end procurement and accounts payable functions.
• Process vendor invoices and purchase requests.
• Maintain invoice logs and accrual tracking spreadsheets.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and Purchase Order management.
• Execute timely vendor payments.
• Support contract negotiations with vendors.
• Act as the primary expediter for Procurement & AP workflows.
• Mentor junior team members on procurement and AP best practices.
• Manage the complete T&E lifecycle.
• Track departmental expenditures and generate reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience in Procurement and Accounts Payable.
• Experience in a lean startup environment.
• Proficiency with manual processes and automation opportunities.
• Expertise in procure-to-pay operations.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting concepts.
• Experience with tax reporting requirements.
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
