Overview

Mitek is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our collaborative finance team. This role will manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end AP processes from invoice receipt to payment.
• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Handle vendor communications and resolve payment issues.
• Prepare weekly payment runs in NetSuite.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and AP aging analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
