Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Quantum Metric, you will support a portfolio of clients in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors, managing their technical implementation and ensuring their success with our platform.

  • Support a portfolio of clients in the FSI verticals.
  • Manage technical details of client implementation, onboarding, and growth.
  • Guide clients in defining meaningful requirements and creating solutions.
  • Develop custom JavaScript functions for data analytics.
  • Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for real-time visibility.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong background in web technologies and digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • 10% travel may be required.
  • Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 base salary.

Requirements

  • Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with digital analytics solutions like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Able to connect with diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
