  • Strong understanding of contact center data and voice analytics.
  • Experience with customer-facing analytics or AI-driven insights products.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and AI/ML teams.
  • Knowledge of telephony protocols and their impact on analytics.
  • Experience leading AI-driven initiatives in contact centers.
