  • Lead the commercial growth of Qualtrics Edge subscription offerings.
  • Develop and implement a North American sales strategy for Data as a Service (DaaS).
  • Drive revenue growth leveraging DaaS expertise and Generative AI applications.
  • Influence and close high-value deals in North America.
  • Foster a high-performing sales culture valuing AI skills and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial knowledge including deal structures.
  • Lead and support sales teams during periods of change.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software subscription sales leadership.
  • Strong commercial proficiency with SaaS and data management technologies.
  • Experience in leading and coaching sales executives.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, sciences, technology or engineering.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
