Overview

The German Speaking Credit Controller will manage sales ledgers, ensuring timely collection of debts while providing high-quality customer service and supporting credit controllers.

In Short

• Collection of outstanding debts via phone and email.
• Manage debt collection status.
• Work with Swiss accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of queries.
• Attend meetings to minimize customer disputes.
• Process credit held orders and liaise with sales/customers.
• Prepare accounts for litigation as necessary.
• Mentor and support other Credit Controllers.
• Lead on customer escalation calls.
• Document and train processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and verbal).
• 3+ years of Credit Control experience.
• Experience in debt collection within multi systems.
• Credit control experience in a B2B environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Siebel, Sales Force, SAP, Octopus, and Oracle.
