Controller (German Speaking) - Remote

Overview

The TRIGO Group is seeking a Controller to support the country manager and local CFO for the German Automotive entity, focusing on controlling and reporting tasks.

In Short

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure reliability of monthly reports
• Prepare monthly reporting packages
• Identify performance improvement opportunities
• Suggest corrective actions and oversee implementation
• Review monthly operational KPIs
• Travel internationally for on-site support
• Propose new tools and KPIs for performance analysis
• Act as a business partner to the country manager
• Report directly to the German CFO

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis
• Fluency in German (C1+) and strong intermediate English skills (B2+)
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of accounting principles
• Analytical, proactive, and reliable approach with strong communication skills
