In Short

  • Act as a strategic partner to customers throughout the managed services lifecycle.
  • Maximise customer value, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery of contracted services meets quality standards.
  • Lead customer onboarding and clarify service expectations.
  • Develop Joint Success Plans aligning customer goals with service outcomes.

  • Coordinate with Support teams for seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Understanding of managed services and cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
