In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical challenges.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to platform engineers.
• Design cloud-native platforms tailored to customer needs.
• Advise on modern software development and architecture techniques.
• Develop internal tooling for the Platform Team.
• Implement automations to increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into designs.
• Identify long-term impacts of designs and advise stakeholders.
• Support shift left activities with support teams.
• Stay updated on technology developments.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Expert understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of modern internet protocols and patterns.
• Experience in a cloud-focused delivery role.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Previous consultancy or professional services experience.
• Team leadership experience.
• Understanding of application development and infrastructure automation.
