In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical challenges.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to platform engineers.
• Design highly available, cloud native platforms.
• Advise on modern software development and architecture techniques.
• Develop internal tooling for the Platform Team.
• Implement automations to increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams for solution delivery.
• Identify long-term impacts of designs and advise stakeholders.
• Support shift left activities with support teams.
• Represent Qodea in external engagements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Expert-level understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Solid knowledge of modern internet protocols.
• Proven experience in a cloud-focused delivery role.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Previous consultancy or professional services experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Comfortable writing production-quality software.
