Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Implementation Lead to join our dynamic team. As an Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of implementation managers and consultants, driving the implementation strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS software solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in ETL/Integration.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with SaaS.
• Expertise in integration.
• Enterprise software background.
• Experience handling global customers.
