Overview

We are seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Manager who will help E-commerce brands grow sustainably by strategically thinking about newsletters and WhatsApp flows.

  • Analyze and optimize email and WhatsApp data.
  • Develop retention strategies for E-commerce brands.
  • Create reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Build, optimize, and scale retention flows and funnels.
  • Conceptualize newsletters: text, structure, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and improve WhatsApp flows and automations.
  • Conduct strategic customer meetings for long-term customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the team in meetings.
  • Support the development of the team.
  • Work proactively and efficiently in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing management, specifically in email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Proficient in Klaviyo, ChatArmin, and common marketing tools.
  • Open to AI-supported workflows.
  • Excellent German language skills (C2); English skills (B2) are a plus.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Team player mindset with a focus on supporting E-commerce customers.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
