Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Performance Manager in the Meta Ads domain.
• Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2 is a plus).
• Proactive, efficient, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and transparency.
• Solid experience with Meta Ads; knowledge of email marketing and TikTok is a plus.
• Data-driven decision-making and experience with A/B testing.
• Continuous learning attitude regarding growth strategies and marketing tools.
