Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, especially with Meta Ads.
• Excellent German language skills (C2), English (B2) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing.
• Proactive and structured approach to work and analysis.
• Experience in email marketing and TikTok is an advantage.
• Ability to build sustainable customer relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both empathetic and transparent.
• Continuous learning mindset regarding marketing trends.
• Experience in managing and organizing client meetings.
