Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an Engineering Manager leading high-performing teams.
• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React).
• Track record of shipping products at early-stage, high-growth startups.
• Ability to lead technical architecture discussions and dive deep into the code.
• Strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills and product/business collaboration ability.
• Passion for health/fitness and empowering small businesses with technology.
