Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to support our call center operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and optimizing call center processes.

In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in call analysis tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with call center systems.
