In Short

  • Lead a dedicated team in Rx Customer Service.
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and service level metrics.
  • Assist with escalations and communications with pharmacies and clients.
  • Monitor call center performance metrics.
  • Document prior authorization inquiries and resolutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Coordinate training courses for team development.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS service-level standards.
  • Support the Knowledge Accelerator team in training content creation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree as Pharmacy Technician or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in pharmacy or healthcare call center.
  • Experience as a Supervisor or team leader.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and Medicare Part D.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible hybrid work model with on-site requirements.
  • Availability for on-call hours as needed.
