Overview

The Business Operations Manager at Protege will tackle high-priority projects that drive the company’s growth and efficiency, working across teams to identify opportunities and execute initiatives.

In Short

• Lead and execute cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through implementation
• Partner with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and develop process improvements
• Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to track key metrics and project outcomes
• Serve as a “utility player” across sales, operations, product, or marketing
• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and proposing structured solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly adaptable, resourceful, and proactive

Requirements

• Experience in AI or data-driven industries (bonus)
• Prior exposure to startup or scale-up environments (bonus)
• Comfort with SQL, analytics tools, or low-code automation platforms (bonus)
• Experience designing and implementing new business processes (bonus)
• Background in project management or change management (bonus)
