Dealer Development Manager - Specialty - Remote

Overview

The Dealer Development Manager is responsible for enhancing Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance for RV, Marine, and Power Sports dealers through training and coaching, both in-person and virtually.

In Short

• Increase F&I performance for assigned dealers.
• Provide in-store and virtual training and coaching.
• Support Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) in growing sales.
• Assist in addressing underperforming dealerships.
• Attend industry trade shows and dealership events.
• Communicate results to internal and external customers.
• High level of professionalism and communication skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the United States.
• 5+ years of F&I and training experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of F&I experience.
• 5+ years of training experience.
• Knowledge of dealership F&I technology platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Sales experience with a proven track record.
• Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
