Senior Manager, Credit Risk Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Credit Risk Analytics is responsible for underwriting credit strategies and oversight of credit quality and performance of the Credit Card product. The role involves applying advanced statistical techniques and algorithms to develop solutions that predict and prevent credit risk associated with Prosper's Credit Card product.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics.
• 8+ years of experience managing credit/fraud risk.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in consumer lending and credit card industry preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of R, Python, and Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects clearly.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong ownership and motivation for business results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
