Overview

The Temporary Employee Relations Specialist will support employees and managers by providing consultation and coaching on employee relations matters, contributing to a strong company culture and proactive risk management.

In Short

  • Conducts investigations on employee relations issues.
  • Advises on formal processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Develops strong relationships with employees.
  • Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Documents case and task information meticulously.
  • Analyzes problems and provides recommendations.
  • Partners with HR departments for successful project completion.
  • Assists in training and coaching delivery.
  • Pulls and analyzes HR reports from HRIS.
  • Coordinates Exit Interviews.

Requirements

  • Preferred degree in business or human resources.
  • Minimum of 3 years of employee relations experience.
  • Experience with employment law and investigations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
  • Ability to analyze HR reports and metrics.
