The HR Business Partner Temp role will provide strategic HR advice and solutions to drive business growth and success, working on a full range of HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) a plus.
• Strong understanding of FLSA compliance.
• Experience in succession and workforce planning strategies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Expert problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR investigations and employee relations.
• Outstanding organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
