Overview

The Humanitarian Advisor provides administrative, operational, and technical support services for the recruitment, hiring, and administration of Personal Services Contractors (PSCs) for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA).

In Short

• Collaborate with the ProSidian Engagement Team to recruit and onboard PSCs.
• Ensure recruitment meets USAID's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility goals.
• Support PSCs with payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Manage a database of PSCs and track performance data.
• Establish a performance management system for PSCs.
• Ensure competitive salary and benefits packages for PSCs.
• Coordinate travel support for PSCs.
• Implement ISO standards for quality assurance.
• Resolve Contract Discrepancy Reports.

Requirements

• Proven track record in recruitment and personnel management.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
