In Short

• Remote Recruiter position at Propio Language Services.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Engage Spanish-speaking and non-Spanish-speaking contract interpreters.
• Develop and maintain interpreter relationships globally.
• Plan and execute sourcing campaigns with guidance from the Global Talent Manager.
• Achieve weekly recruiting goals set by the department head.
• Utilize recruiting data and analytics to maintain fill-rate standards.
• Manage candidate applications using the ATS system.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Detail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a high-volume recruitment role.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment.
• Previous experience in the language services industry is a plus.
