In Short

• Develop and manage project plans including deliverables and timelines.
• Act as the Client Manager for all assigned projects.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
• Negotiate and prepare proposals for new business.
• Maintain communications with clients and provide status reports.
• Support and train linguists on program tools.
• Review work quality of linguists and provide feedback.
• Provide reporting on business intelligence and productivity.
• Manage communications for support questions and new business opportunities.
• Utilize client-specific tools as necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Required to work in Central Standard Time (US).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in translation studies or linguistics.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in translation services.
• Experience in translation or localization services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with translation and CAT tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.
