Overview

The Account Growth Manager (DACH) will drive growth and retention within the DACH region, collaborating with Customer Success Engineers and Sales to ensure successful renewals and expand customer use of Propeller's product suite.

In Short

  • Manage an annual quota, consistently meeting or exceeding growth and churn targets.
  • Proactively grow the value of 150+ accounts, primarily focusing on Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Drive renewal sales and expansions while preventing churn.
  • Negotiate customer contract terms and demonstrate product value.
  • Educate customers on pricing changes and new product offerings.
  • Understand customer needs and align them with effective solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across diverse customer types.
  • Strategically manage low ARR churn across your account portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B account management or tech sales experience.
  • Exposure to Construction, Construction Tech, GIS, Surveying, or related industries.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
