In Short

  • Account Management role focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsible for nurturing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account strategies based on client needs.
  • Create account development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build long-lasting relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate contracts and expand business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitors.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and positive customer feedback required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira preferred.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Account Management or inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and telecom knowledge is a plus.
  • Technical experience with customer API integrations is a bonus.
