  • Sell to both SMBs and large customers, from lead generation to close.
  • Work with a talented sales team to identify ideal customer profiles.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Communicate customer needs with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in construction technology sales, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience navigating organizations and selling to multiple decision-makers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
