Overview

The Propel Marketplace connects our ~10M users to products, services, and exclusive offers from leading brands across grocery, healthcare, and financial services. We are seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development to lead and grow our sales and business development function within the Marketplace business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development experience.
  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and performance marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and C-suite relationship management.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating partnerships.
  • Metrics-driven with CRM tools expertise.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
