The Propel Marketplace connects our ~10M users to products, services, and exclusive offers from leading brands across grocery, healthcare, and financial services. We're looking for a visionary, data-driven Director of Product Management - Marketplace with proven expertise in scaling a digital marketplace to drive engagement, revenue, and long-term growth.

In Short

• Lead product vision and strategy for Propel Marketplace.
• Own the customer journey from discovery to post-purchase engagement.
• Define and drive the roadmap across all verticals.
• Mentor and build a high-performing team of Product Managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record in owning core products end-to-end.
• Strong data fluency and user-centric mindset.
• Cross-functional leadership skills.
• Execution excellence with clear milestone delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in team building and coaching.
