Customer Success Internal Training Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Develop and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new Customer Success, Billing Success, Technical Support, EDI, and RCM team members.
• Create structured training plans covering product knowledge, customer engagement strategies, problem-solving techniques, and best practices in customer success.
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing meetings.
• Continuously assess training needs across the team and develop ongoing learning initiatives.
• Partner across teams to ensure team members stay up-to-date on product releases and industry trends.
• Build and maintain a library of internal training materials.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to help team members improve skills.
• Ensure team members are proficient in internal tools and systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs for training success.
• Gather and analyze feedback from trainees to improve training effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the rehab therapy industry.
• A clinical license preferred (PT, OT, SLP).
• 2+ years of experience training or onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities independently.
