Overview

As a Client Relationship Coordinator (CRC) at Prompt RCM, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients—building trust, resolving issues, and driving long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in medical insurance claims billing.
• Proven track record of meeting performance targets.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs.
• Proficient in Google for Business and MS Office.
• Customer success-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
