Overview

The Client Relationship Coordinator collaborates with clients to interpret requirements, analyze discrepancies, and recommend solutions while building strong relationships and ensuring data integrity.

In Short

  • Collaborates with clients to understand printing specifications and pricing needs.
  • Analyzes requests and determines the best course of action.
  • Communicates directly with client’s key decision makers.
  • Serves as a liaison between internal and external clients.
  • Participates in New Logo teams for system migrations.
  • Supports process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensures data integrity and performs testing.
  • Maintains documented processes for audit controls.
  • Provides feedback on program obstacles.
  • Hybrid position with remote work options.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience required.
  • Cross-functional knowledge across platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Experience in client specifications and retail work preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence others and affect results.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
