Coder - Remote

Overview

As a Coder at ProMedica, you are responsible for accurately coding diagnoses, procedures and other services to ensure medical records and billing are accurate.

• Remote position with full-time hours.

• CPC, CCS-P, RHIT or RHIA certification needed.

• Proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Salary range from $31,200 to $68,536 per year.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pass internal coding test.
• Experience in a health care system or medical office setting.
• Must obtain certification within 90 days of hiring.
• 2+ years of coding experience preferred.
