Scale Army is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead with expertise in BPO and call center recruiting to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Full-time remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
• Focus on recruiting agents for BPO and call center roles.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is essential.
• Must meet weekly hiring KPIs of 30-50 agent hires.
• Strong organizational skills required for managing large candidate pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
• Experience with ATS platforms and bulk outreach tools.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Native-level or near-native English proficiency is necessary.
• Applications without video introductions will not be considered.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience in BPO/call center roles.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM and African markets.
• Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and high-volume recruitment workflows.
• Self-motivated and proactive personality.
• Comfortable working fully remote.
• Experience communicating with clients in recruitment settings.
• Ability to juggle 100+ candidates effectively.
