They are seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle and close significant recurring revenue opportunities. In Short

  • Generate qualified opportunities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos independently.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with qualified opportunities valued at $30K ARR+.
  • Update CRM accurately with all sales activities, pipeline stages, and prospect data.
  • Work closely with marketing and the CEO to refine sales messaging based on prospect feedback.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights from prospects to improve sales strategy and processes.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets based on ARR.
  • Deliver compelling demos communicating product value effectively.
  • Actively contribute to sales strategy refinement through feedback and market insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or manufacturing technology.
  • Strong hunter mentality; self-starter who enjoys outbound prospecting.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written, phone, video).
  • Experience independently running discovery and demo calls.
  • Highly organized, goal-driven, and metrics-oriented.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
