  • Proficiency with dialer tools like Orum, Aircall.
  • Experience leading inbound/outbound qualification teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Track record of personally closing deals.
  • Strong coaching skills for objection handling and closing tactics.
  • Ability to forecast pipeline revenue accurately.
  • Experience in performance metrics analysis.
  • Strong accountability and leadership skills.
