Client Acquisition Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in sales, particularly in client acquisition, with the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in both acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships to drive business growth.

In Short

• Close new clients through cold and warm channels.
• Conduct 100+ cold calls daily to prospective clients.
• Make at least 13 meaningful touches per qualified lead.
• Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in real-time.
• Engage with current and former clients to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain and update CRM databases in real-time.
• Accurately report all activities using HubSpot.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance.

Requirements

• Strong background in sales and client acquisition.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persistence and determination in securing new business.
