Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Implementation Manager who will join one of our portfolio companies and implement data integrations for its suppliers.

In Short

• Lead the technical implementation of supplier data integrations and ensure seamless connectivity to the platform.
• Work directly with suppliers to understand their systems and technical requirements for optimal integration.
• Monitor the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of API integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to enhance API functionalities, resolve integration issues, and maintain high technical standards.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, best practices, and support resources to facilitate API adoption by suppliers.
• Drive automation and optimization of the API integration process to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a central technical interface between suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Solid experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, API integrations, or implementations.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining API solutions, preferably in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience in building relationships with external partners and managing integration projects from start to finish.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A 'can-do' attitude with a strong focus on quick execution, essential for success in a startup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Fluent in German & English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
