Member Experience Specialist (Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, Korean, French, German) - Remote

This position is currently offered as a full-time role based in Berlin; however, we are also open to part-time arrangements. We’re Progyny Global, part of the Progyny Inc family. Our shared mission? Our goal is to make these journeys smoother and more accessible by offering personalised assistance and expert guidance. We are seeking proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Member Experience Specialists, helping our members navigate their unique fertility and family-forming experiences in their preferred language.

In Short

• Provide exceptional support to members throughout their fertility and family-forming journeys.
• Conduct 1:1 video consultations with members on fertility, adoption, and surrogacy topics.
• Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider.
• Address member inquiries with high-quality solutions tailored to their needs.
• Conduct in-depth research on country-specific legislation and medical landscapes.
• Regularly update knowledge databases with the latest healthcare practices.
• Work collaboratively and independently with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language required.
• Background in healthcare is highly desirable.
• Commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion in family-forming journeys.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for clear and concise communication.
• Compassionate approach with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to quickly grasp new topics in fertility and family-forming.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent prioritization abilities.
• Experience in a customer care role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
