In Short

  • Make approximately 20 check-in calls daily to confirm member readiness for appointments.
  • Communicate with providers using Athena chat during appointment workflows.
  • Coordinate with Practice Coordinators on appointment status and provider requests.
  • Monitor and respond to day-of appointment issues like no-shows and cancellations.
  • Handle insurance verification updates and add-on member appointments.
  • Work collaboratively using tools like Athena and Salesforce.
  • Customer service experience in the healthcare industry is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a dynamic workflow.
  • Experience with Athena or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
