Member Experience Specialist (Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, French, German) - Remote

This position is currently offered as a full-time role based in Berlin; however, we are also open to part-time arrangements. We’re Progyny Global, part of the Progyny Inc family. Our shared mission? We are seeking proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Member Experience Specialist, helping our members navigate their unique fertility and family-forming experiences in their preferred language.

In Short

• Conduct 1:1 video consultations with members on fertility, adoption, and surrogacy topics.
• Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider.
• Address member inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Conduct research on legislation and medical landscapes related to fertility.
• Update knowledge databases with healthcare practices and legal frameworks.
