Principal, Technical Accounting and International Accounting - Remote

In Short

• Participate in the preparation of external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K/10-Q and earnings releases.
• Draft and maintain technical accounting memos.
• Identify, research, and document non-routine and complex transactions.
• Coordinate the information gathering process across the organization.
• Provide statutory reporting support for multiple countries.
• Maintain annual reporting calendar for financial reports.
• Play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies.
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements.
• Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Engage with external auditors for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• CPA preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
