Gemini is looking to hire a Principal, Technical Accounting to ensure the proper application of accounting standards and lead technical accounting research in a rapidly-growing digital asset exchange.

In Short

• Serve as the go-to expert on U.S. GAAP.
• Lead technical accounting research and implementation.
• Oversee preparation of technical accounting memos.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• 8-10+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience.
• CPA or equivalent license.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Experience with M&A transactions is a plus.
• Experience writing technical accounting papers.
• Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
• Experience with financial accounting software.
