Bi-lingual Nurse Case Manager - NICU - Remote

Overview

The Bi-lingual Nurse Case Manager will empower families to support optimal wellness while advocating for necessary medical services across the healthcare continuum, focusing on high-risk member populations.

In Short

• Full-time position with ProgenyHealth.
• Focus on care management for premature and medically complex newborns.
• Work in a telephonic managed care setting.
• Assess and develop individualized care plans for members.
• Monitor care plans and coordinate with healthcare providers.

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois is required.
• Experience in a Level III NICU is required.

Requirements

• Must have a current, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• Experience in Case Management is preferred.
• CCM certification required within company policy timeframe.
• Three or more years of clinical experience in NICU.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with data entry into databases or EHR is required.
• Commitment to customer service excellence is necessary.
