In Short

  • Join Proficio's Microsoft Sentinel team as a SIEM engineer.
  • Handle production support for complex issues related to Sentinel SIEM.
  • Support onboarding processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Sentinel service offerings.
  • Act as a Security Advisor and subject matter expert for clients.
  • Build customer loyalty through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing client environments.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Manage virtual meetings with US-based Sentinel customers.
  • Collaborate with team members for training and development.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and SIEM technologies.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and operational procedures.
  • Experience in onboarding and training processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships.
