In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the implementation of ATM cards, debit cards, ATM terminals, and related services for our client financial institutions. You’ll also provide ongoing support, act as a liaison between DCI’s clients and our Card Services Department, and ensure the smooth operation of cutting-edge card and electronic funds transfer (EFT) products.
This role offers flexibility for in-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements.
Imagine starting your day by coordinating a seamless ATM card implementation for a community bank. You’ll follow up with team members on the progress of ongoing client projects and resolve second-level technical issues using advanced research tools. As the day progresses, you’ll contribute to procedural improvements and brainstorm new product ideas, knowing your work is enabling community banks to offer competitive, world-class services.
